While it can be frustrating to make informed decisions without actual prices, the number of options available make it difficult for a business to provide a complete and accurate final price without at least basic information from you, the customer. With that in mind, our current pricing is listed below.
Basic Wedding Package: $1500
The basic wedding package includes rental for 4 hours here at SBA Hitching Post. We include our barn for backup should weather become an issue, multiple alters to choose from ( our favorite is the pavilion and waterfall), save your date photo-op, rehearsal time, use of chairs up to 300, bridal cottage and grounds for duration of your rental as well as any decor we have available for your use. Set up and Clean up is anticipated for your rental and a security deposit will be refunded potentially within two weeks of your event. Rehearsal time is guaranteed the week of your event and will do our best to accommodate you and your families needs based upon availability of grounds. The half-acre stone parking lot can accommodate 80 vehicles and overflow is available if necessary. An SBA HP representative will be accessible during your rehearsal and ceremony should any emergencies arise. We are still offering ceremonies only so check with us on availability!!
Basic Wedding & Reception Package Begins at $3995
This package includes barn rental, bridal cottage, multiple alters, custom refreshment bar, tables with chairs for seating up to 300 guests, save your date photos, rehearsal time and any decor we have available! The price will vary only if you choose to add our premiere dj or photography services. Our goal is to keep this process as simple for you as possible and can assist in recommending preferred vendors based on individual needs. Ask us about discounts with our premiere services! The rental time is based upon individual needs but is limited to 16 hours. We do request music must cease by 11 pm on the night of the event. Rehearsals are guaranteed the week of your event and we will do our best to accommodate your schedules as well as that of your family. Rehearsal will be determined closer to your service/rental date. We require a 30 day pre-event meeting for review of your timelines and expectations of SBA HP so we can review any potential needs you may have. We pride ourselves on excellent customer service and do our very best to assist you in making these memories of a lifetime.

Day of Coordinator: Highly recommended and fees based on guests
Other Events: Prices are negotiable based on options and customer needs.
Officiant Services: You are free to bring your own officiant. If this isn’t possible, we would be happy to provide one for you. We have a number of options to meet needs depending on your preferences. The average price for an ordained officiant for your wedding is $200.
A non-refundable deposit of $500 is due upon signing of the contract and refer to the contract for payment scale.
There is a security deposit that is due with final rental remittance and is dependent upon type of services you are requesting. This is potentially refundable within two weeks of your event.
